Flatliner is our signature high intensity interval training (HIIT) class which centres around intense bursts of energy to get your heart rate pumping, followed by a short rest period

Raise the Bar focuses on developing your strength and increasing your performance levels. Utilising our customised rig, we offer the ability to perform compound movements such as bench press and barbell squats instructed by our qualified team.

Contender is our signature boxing class, instructed by Lara, our qualified combat sports authority trainer who is committed to delivering a class that teaches boxing technique paired with conditioning. Suitable for all experience levels.

Countdown runs on a Tabata timer, consisting of repeated bursts of 20 seconds of vigorous exercise, followed by a short 10 second rest period. Popular due to it’s diverse nature, it offers a blend of strength, cardio and core training.

Beat the clock will challenge you and push you to your limits. You will be provided with a varied form of workout (either AMRAP or against a time cap) each class as solo or in a team. Get ready to “beat the clock!”

Yoga is one of our wellness classes, instructed by Carissa who specialises in Hatha, Flow and Yin Yoga and who will help you reconnect with your mind, body, breath and spirit.

Pilates is one of our wellness classes instructed by Carla who specialises in mat and pregnancy classes. A whole body work-out renowned for its ability to tone your muscles.
